By accessing or using RingBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
RingBot provides an AI-powered phone answering and lead qualification service for home service businesses. The service includes call answering, appointment booking assistance, and customer outreach capabilities.
Acceptable Use
You may use RingBot only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others, or to violate any applicable laws including telemarketing and communications regulations.
Billing and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Limitation of Liability
RingBot is provided “as is.” We are not liable for missed calls, lost business, or damages arising from service outages or AI errors. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.
